cont'd!! / 2:35 PM

hoho =)) this is actually garlic =)
So let's chop it !! and cut up the ingredients (though my house doesnt have a lot today keke ^^)
cooking note: actually according to the old grannies, like my ahma and nanny =D when u cook everything, you should add garlic AND onion, it'll add to the fragrance *nodsnods* actually the best way to 'chop' garlic is to smash it with a big knife but i cant do it besides that i THINK that by dicing it, it will be easier to fry since it the heat will be evenly spread out x) and dont chop it till its too small =x it may get burned easily then! Big onions may be used for spaghetti too =))

TADAH!!

the only ingredient i have : HOTDOGS

cooking note: sliced in into smaller pieces =) actually suppose to use small pieces of meet or even minced pork haha but my house has neither besides, hotdog is much easier to handle

haha this looks pathetic eh =XX but hoho one person eating so X)) nvm lol keke

Just a teeny bit of oil will do!! Let's all make a 'healthier choice'! keke i used corn oil =) Vegetable oil and of course olive oil are better choices =))

...
waits for oil to heat up

cooking note: Before you pour oil into the pan, rmb to use a kitchen towel to wipe all the water on the pan, if not =XX the oil may jump back at u =X

First:

Fry the garlic and onion till they turn brownish! Cooking them first will allow the oil to absorb their fragrance too =))

THEN:

Add all the other ingredients.

cooking note: Normally, we will fry the meat before the vegetables as the meat's raw and secondly because they take a longer time to cook! If you are cooking a stew, normally we will add carrots before potatoes as carrots take a longgg time to soften while potatoes practically MELTS into part of the stew if it is cooked for a long period of time =))

Let it simmer!! X)) boil a bit =D hoho i added a bit of hot water =) if not the sauce will not be in a liquid state...

WHEE!! SAUCE'S DONE XDD

Presentation's important =DD whee!

ANT and HER LUNCH

HOHO XDD KEKEKEKKE X)) YUMYUM =))
